Premium DIY Sublimation Sprays & Liquids

Subli Vista Premium DIY sprays have been designed for crafters and small scale use, this range is also perfect for 'proving the concept' before large scale application. The below is a guide on how to use the product, when spraying always bear in mind the environment you are spraying in. For best results always spray in a comfortable temperature, free from dust in the air, and only onto product surfaces that are clean and grease free.

Shake

For best results shake the can for 30 seconds before using. Inside the can is a widget the moves around mixing the ingredients perfectly when you shake it, when you hear or feel that widget move around freely you are ready to spray.

Spray

Spray at or around 20cm from the product surface spraying left to right and from top to bottom. This will allow the material in the can to express at the right volumetric rate to ensure smooth application and even surface coating of the product.

Wait

Once sprayed leave for up to 10 minutes. This will allow the surface spray to form a tension that is receptive for heat curing. If you are applying clear (or satin) on white then leave 5 minutes between the different product spray layers.

Cure

Cure in an oven for 20 minutes at 160C or 320F. You can adjust the time & temperature you cure the product for according to the thermal properties of the substrate. Metals & glass retain heat and can overheat, wood dissipates heat.
